New York City Vacation: See New York City from the top down by air with New York Helicopter Tour

We also went on a helicopter tour with The New York Helicopter tour for 15 minutes to see New York, New York from the top down.

The tour shows you views from the five Boroughs of New York City, the Hudson River, the Statue of Liberty, skyscrapers, Yankee Stadium, and much more. The tour starts at Hudson River towards the Harbor passing Ellis Island, allowing for a birds-eye-view of the Statue of Liberty. You will also get spectacular views of Governors Island, the Verrazano Bridge which joins Brooklyn and Staten Island before returning up the Hudson past the Air Craft Carrier-USS Intrepid to view Midtown's famous skyscrapers: Empire State, Chrysler and Met Life Buildings, along with Central Park, Yankee Stadium - home of the New York Yankees, St. John the Divine Cathedral, Columbia University, George Washington Bridge and the Palisades of New Jersey.
